The agricultural Co-operative Il Forteto is situated in the Mugellovalley in Tuscany, between the council areas of Vicchio and Dicomano.

The company of Coop. Il Forteto extendeing for 500 ha (the half is wooded), and starts from the Sieveriver to arrive in the hills of the “rosse”.

Situated in the high part of the farm, between green pastures, olive trees and age old chestnut woods, you can find the farmhouse “Casa Verragoli”.
