In the animal centre you can find the structures used for the work with the horses and the cowshed. The structures can be visited every days.

This old breed with the typical white coat, known as the “gigant” of the cattle (often the bulls arrivas at 1.700 kg weight), breeding on the land of the company the most time of the year, and often you can meet them during the trekking.

The young bulls, growed in the cowshed with cereals and hay produced inside the company, supplying the beef sold in the company store.

This meat is severed controlled and has the quality mark “IGP Vitello Bianco dell'Appenino Centrale”, protetted Geografic Indentification, the first mark that get the recognition of the european comunity. Just in estrucian times from the chianina breed comes out the steak “alla fiorentina”, not only exquisite and succulent, but with biological characteristics, such to have the aterogenetich indicator equivalent at 0,49.

The cattle is feeded with fodder and cereals growing on our land and only the animals born from cows kept in our estate, are destinated to be slaughtered, in order to have the maximum controll on the production.
