All our production is sold also in the shop of the co-opartive, la Bottega del Forteto.

Here you can find the fresh and aged cheese produced in our dairy: the Pecorino Tocano Dop, the mozzarella, normal and stuffed, the fossa cheese, the pecorino under wine, and under ash, the ricotta and the raveggiolo.

The butcher's in the store sell only chianina-beef, also the steak “alla fiorentina”, coming from the proper farm, born from selected cows nourished with fodder and cereals produced from us.

Good olive oil, wine from the sieve valley, fruit und vegetables. The products of the wood-oven: toscany bread, integral bread, “Schiacciata”, stuffed schiacciata, pizza, cakes.

Further, inside the shop, you can find a coffee-bar, with ice-cream from proper production.
