THE SHOP

All the products from our farm are sold at the shop of our cooperative. There you can find fresh and seasoned cheese from the Forteto dairy: the “Pecorino Toscano” P.D.O. (hard cheese made from ewe's milk) , Mozzarella cheese ( plain or stuffed ), Fossa cheese ( cheese matured underground ) , Pecorino ripened in wine and Pecorino ripened in cinders, ricotta cheese, raveggiolo (light soft cheese). You can also buy Chianina beef to grill the famous Florentine steak and meat from selected cows raised in our cowsheds and fed with forage and fodder grown on our land.
